The role 🚀
We're looking for a Dutch speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team in Malmö. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who loves communication, relationship-building, and wants to grow within tech sales.
At Eletive, you'll play a key role in helping organizations across the Netherlands create healthier, more engaged workplaces through our employee engagement platform.
As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our future customers in the Dutch market.
Your mission?
To open doors, spark interest, and build meaningful conversations with future customers, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
On a daily basis, you will:
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Qualify leads by understanding prospects’ needs and identifying if Eletive is the right fit
Book high-quality meetings for our Account Executives and help build a strong sales pipeline
Use modern tools and AI-driven technology to identify and reach decision-makers
Collaborate closely with AEs and Marketing to optimize outreach strategies
Maintain accurate data in HubSpot CRM and ensure structured follow-ups

Speak and write Dutch fluently (native or near-native level)
Are comfortable communicating in English
Enjoy talking to new people and building relationships

Have some previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment (a plus, not a must!)

This role requires authorization to work in Sweden as it's based in Sweden. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time, but we welcome applications from everyone eligible to work in the EU.
