What's the role about? 💻

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives on connecting the big picture with the small details. In this role, you’ll combine forward-thinking with hands-on product management to make our product vision a reality. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to shaping the future of employee engagement and will work closely with colleagues across Product & Engineering, Customer Experience and Commercial.

Your mission is making sure the moving parts come together into a product experience that truly empowers people at work - because that’s something you genuinely believe in. And through your work, you’ll directly contribute to improving the working lives of millions of employees worldwide.

What you will do🚀

• Lead and coordinate product initiatives from research to release.
• Dive into the details: understand our product deeply and contribute with hands-on technical curiosity.
• Stay on top of industry research and translate insights into product improvements.
• Explore and leverage new technologies such as AI to improve and innovate within the product.
• Communicate effectively across teams - acting as a bridge between tech, design, and business.
• Balance structure and flexibility: follow processes where they matter, adapt where needed.
• Prioritize the product roadmap, write clear specifications, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and low prestige.

• Have several years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within SaaS.
• Enjoy combining structured, process-driven work with the ability to pivot when priorities shift.
• Are curious and research-driven: you keep up with industry studies and trends.
• Possess strong communication skills and can align diverse stakeholders.
• Value listening, learning, and collaboration over prestige.
• Are comfortable working on several parallel projects and keeping an overview of the whole.
• Write and speak fluent Swedish & English.
