We are seeking a committed and passionate sales leader to join us as one of our two team managers for the Business Development department. The co-workers in the team, also called our BDRs (Business Development Representatives) are truly the engine of the company. The BDRs’ primary responsibilities are to identify and contact prospects aiming to book meetings and create opportunities for our Account Executives. The BDRs in this team are all working from our HQ in Malmö which we also expect from you. The team focuses mainly on companies in the SMB market (100 to 5000 employees) and as we’re on a growth journey, new geographical markets will open as we expand. In this role you’ll be responsible for leading and energizing the team, focusing on maintaining team cohesion, achieving set targets and elaborating strategies to optimize sales performance. This role reports to our CRO and is part of our sales management team.
This position holds significant value in revitalizing the BDR department at Eletive, contributing to the evolvement of the BDR function and fostering a thriving work environment for our lovely BDRs!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the BDR team to ensure high engagement and performance.
- Be a part of developing our AI driven outbound motion
- Maintain team cohesion and motivation, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Lead team meetings and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as booked meetings, qualified leads, and activity levels.
- Give regular feedback to each team member regarding their performance and to support their professional development.
- Onboard and train new team members on sales process and the Eletive ways of working.
- Be part of ongoing training and sales development.
- Work with sales management and marketing to develop strategies to optimize sales performance.
- Stay updated with the latest technology and methodologies in the field, and ensure that all your knowledge is passed on to the team.
To thrive in the role we believe that you...🌟
- Have a successful track record from leading sales teams of 5-10 people, advantageous if in the SaaS industry.
- Have educational background with focus on business management or leadership, as this is a merit.Â
- Are familiar with CRM systems, i.e. Hubspot experience is meritorious.
- Are a tech-savvy individual with a keen interest in staying updated on new tech trends in the sales field.
- See yourself as great at people management, who is driven, motivating and communicative.
- Are fluent in English, both verbal and writing.
- Hold a valid work permit within EU.
