So what is the role about? 👨👩👧👦
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you'll play a key part in Eletive’s mission by ensuring our customers can make the most of our product. You'll be their guiding light, providing a positive experience and helping them get back to work quickly through various support channels. Moreover, you'll be instrumental in supporting our smaller customers during their onboarding and throughout their customer journey. Tasks include but are not limited to:
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Eletive products and services to provide
informed support to our customers.
Compliance and Resolution: Act as the central point of contact for
product-related issues, ensure compliance, and see customer issues through to
Customer Experience: Provide step-by-step guidelines for issue resolution,
actively listen to customers, and offer support and advice for product use best
Sharing and Process Improvement: Assist in improving internal processes, share
knowledge within and across teams, and help develop and improve processes
across different teams.
Transparency and Onboarding: Maintain customer data transparency in the CRM
system, onboard customers, and ensure a reasonable time to value for smaller customers.

- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant program, or have experience in Technical support.
- Have great communication skills, promoting effective and positive interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Are highly customer-centric and service-minded, and have the ability to make customers feel valued and prioritized.
- Are comfortable with having many ongoing simultaneous projects.
- Are responsive and open to feedback and embrace it as a tool for growth.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Are structured and organized and pay great attention to detail.
- Are a Team player and recognize the importance of collaboration and contribute positively to the team's success.
- Express yourself fluently in English and Swedish.
- Hold a valid work permit in Sweden or EU citizenship.
