We are now looking for a Business Development Team Lead to join our sales team.
Job description
As Business Development Team Lead, you are expected to use your knowledge and experience to coach and develop our Business Development Representatives. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Development Representatives.
- Track and follow up on the team's and individual's goals and performance, and help them in creating and leveraging their full potential.
- Act as a mentor for the Business Development Representatives and hold 1-on-1s.
- Successfully strategize and execute outbound prospecting campaigns.
- Conduct internal meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and methods in the field.
- Participate in interview processes.
- Onboard new employees.
What are we looking for?
To grow and thrive in the role we believe that you:
- Have 3+ years of experience working with outbound lead generation in a global organization.
- Have experience working as a leader within sales.
- Have experience in sales mentoring and demonstrated success developing sales individuals to achieve their development goals.
- Have experience working with CRM systems, such as HubSpot or similar.
- Are conscientious as a person and detail-oriented in your work.
- Are responsive and a team player and a driving force in the work.
- Speak and write excellent English.
Nice to have: Experience working in SaaS-company.
