We are now looking for a Head of Sales with extensive experience in B2B sales and revenue generation.

Job description

As Head of Sales, you are expected to use your knowledge and experience to facilitate and drive our fast expansion and growth. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with many different parts. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Running global sales including lead generation, account execution, and customer success.
  • Execute and iterate strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business goals on target markets.
  • Forecast, follow KPI:s, continuous performance reporting, and follow a budget. 
  • Continuously analyze performance and trends to drive sales, sales enablement, and revenue.
  • Work closely with the marketing department and the product engineering department.
  • Manage personnel in the commercial team.
  • Drive sales enablement
  • Participate in potential enterprise customer dialogues.
  • Managing the processes of compensation plans, commission, and pricing.
  • Work with modern tools and processes to create efficient operations.

What are we looking for?

To grow and thrive in the role we believe that you:

  • Have multiple years of Sales and leadership experience ideally in fast-growing SaaS organizations with an emphasis on B2B sales.
  • Have a proven track record of sales and revenue success preferably with fast growth and scaling teams and sales.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills and are structured as a person.
  • Have the ability to analyze large amounts of information and distill it for insights.
  • Have the ability to not only analyze and create strategies but also implement and execute them.
  • Understand or are willing to learn what is driving growth and revenue in a SaaS company.
  • Have a self-starter mindset; you proactively identify opportunities for improvement and are a driving force in the work.
  • Are knowledgeable in modern Sales and Growth tools and processes as well as have a good understanding of CRM systems.
  • Write and speak fluent Swedish and English.
